Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey are planning another movie together - a remake of FOUL PLAY.
Ironically, Hudson's mother Goldie Hawn starred in the original 1978 comedy.
Hudson and MCConaughey have played lovers in Fool's Gold and How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days.
The actress confirms negotiations have started about the new film project but "we don't even have a writer yet".

Serial dater Kate Hudson and her latest conquest Lance Armstrong are still going strong. The couple was spotted having lunch with Kate's mother Goldie Hawn at the Ivy At The Shore in Santa Monica on Tuesday.

"They were having a great time and enjoying each other's company," a source told People. "Goldie was all smiles. Lance was sitting next to her and they were chatting while Kate was laughing. They were all just really happy."

Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong will face even more questions about their rumoured romance at the upcoming ESPY Awards - both have signed on as presenters.
The rumoured couple will both hand out prizes at the 20 July (08) sports awards, which will be hosted by golf and basketball enthusiast Justin Timberlake.
David Beckham, Zac Efron, Kristen Bell and Luke Wilson are also among the early presenters confirmed.
Hudson and Armstrong have both resisted answering questions about the state of their relationship in recent weeks.
Cyclist Armstrong appeared on U.S. magazine show The View last week (ends20Jun08) and politely avoided giving an answer, stating, "I know you have to ask that question. And it's
my right not to answer it... I think when you're happy about something or proud about something, I think it's natural in human nature to talk about it. But I'm not going to answer it. Next question."
Hudson deferred to Armstrong when she was asked the same question on the same show a week before.

Kate Hudson's hair has been through a lot lately, but she says it's all for a good cause. The actress is collaborating with friend and hairstylist David Babaii on a line of cruelty-free, good-for-the-Earth hair care products.

David Babaii for WildAid has been in the works for more than two years with Hudson serving as both muse and lab assistant. Because the brand is opposed to animal testing, tt was only on her head that products made of volcanic ash, blue algae and white ginger were tested.

"We're trying to come up with a way to make a product that everybody could get and afford -- and actually make it a conscious product," Hudson says. "We'd go to these labs and you start learning about regulations and how to make a product that's sustainable in a market with people who want to buy things with longer shelf lives."

The products will be paraben-free and packaged in containers made from 10% recycled plastic, and they're striving for more. One thing they're exploring is using recycled plastic for liners to ensure sturdiness, and using a greater percentage of recycled material for the outer packaging.

The company will donate 10% of profits to the animal conservation group WildAid.

Kate Hudson accompanied rumored boyfriend Lance Armstrong to Canada at the weekend for a charity bike ride. The ‘Fool’s Gold’ actress and the cycling champion – who reportedly began dating last month – travelled to Ontario where Lance was joined by 40 local residents for the 72-mile race to help raise over $1 million on Saturday.

The Ride With Lance event was held to benefit cancer research at two hospitals, Grand River Hospital in Kitchener and Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto.

Before the race, Kate and Lance – who has battled testicular cancer in the past – spent a romantic few days together.

They had a mini vacation in Muskoka where Kate's mother, Goldie Hawn, has a cabin.

On Friday, Kate took her four-year-old son Ryder out for lunch and ice cream in the trendy Toronto Yorkville shopping district and was also spotted with Lance's children, Luke, eight, and six-year-old twin girls Grace and Isabelle, while he prepared for the race.

Later that night, the couple were seen canoodling in the lobby of their hotel. An onlooker said: "He was laughing and she was laughing and they put their arms around each other. It was sweet."

After Saturday’s race, the actress joined Lance for a gala dinner at a country estate where they happily posed for photos.

She recently called it off with her on-off boyfriend Owen Wilson has been dating French cyclist Lance Armstrong. It is rumoured that one of her break ups with Wilson caused his dramatic overdose.

Armstrong, 36- who has won the prestigious Tour de France seven times- was once engaged to Sheryl Crow and was also linked to Ashley Olsen.

Opening up about a relationship "only causes more problems and more words taken out of context," Hudson, 29, told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show Monday. "Everything is always misconstrued." Not that discussing other males wasn't all right with Hudson, whose Seacrest appearance was to help promote pal (and celebrity hairstylist) David Babaii's WildAid hair products.

"My main priority in my life is my son," said Hudson, referring to her 4-year-old, Ryder. Yet as far as anything remotely revolving around the cycling champ, Hudson said only, "It's better to let ... people speculate as much as they want to speculate."
